Awardees are featured in the EDUCAUSE Higher Ed Ready Directory and receive a digital seal for use in marketing and communications.

Pricing

  • Initial application fee: $2,000 (non-refundable; due upon application)
  • Annual license fee: $1,000

Total cost for three years: $5,000

Confidentiality Statement

All information and materials submitted through this application will be used solely for the purposes of evaluating eligibility for the use of the EDUCAUSE Higher Ed Ready Seal. EDUCAUSE will take reasonable steps to protect information in our possession. Access to application materials will be limited to EDUCAUSE staff and member evaluators who are directly involved in the preliminary application review process. Applicant materials will be handled in accordance with EDUCAUSE’s privacy and data‑management practices.

 

Terms and Conditions

Accepted applicants are required to execute the annual licensing agreement for use of the EDUCAUSE Higher Ed Ready program seal and pay the applicable licensing fee. Recognition is granted for a licensed period of three (3) years.

Because technology, business practices, and the needs of higher education institutions evolve rapidly, recognition under the Higher Ed Ready program is time‑limited. At the conclusion of the three-year recognition period, organizations are invited to submit a new or updated application reflecting any changes to their offerings, practices, or alignment with higher education.This reapplication process helps ensure that Higher Ed Ready recognition continues to represent current, meaningful, and transparent alignment with the higher education community.
